Denise is a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Duquesne University and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania. She has a Post-Masters in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing, a Post-Masters in Teaching, and a Post-Masters in Health Administration.

With over thirty years of experience as a Therapist, Educator, Leader, and Motivational Speaker, Denise inspires and motivates people to enrich their lives through personal empowerment. She is Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse and also licensed as a Women\’s Health Nurse Practitioner in Florida, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Denise received training by Dr. Aaron Beck in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in Philadelphia and is coauthor of Leadership and the Advanced Practice Nurse: The Future of a Changing Healthcare Environment published in 2017.
