Kathy Feinstein, licensed mental health counselor and certified sport performance consultant, serves as a catalyst for removing performance barriers in relationships, well-being, health, careers and sports. She has been practicing in Naples since 1998. Her experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and families with a variety of challenges. She has special interests in mood and anxiety disorders, grief, loss, relationship issues, parenting, medical/health and pediatric obesity. Kathy also provides sport and exercise psychology consulting to amateur and professional athletes in a variety of sports and ages levels. She is currently certified by the Association of Applied Sport Psychology.

Kathy offers a variety of services for individual athletes, parents and teams. Her interactive workshop, “Parenting Peak Performers”, and other programs designed to enhance mental skills for peak performance have positively impacted numerous athletes and their families.
